April 28, 2026 - Release Notes
Reporting: Five New Attendance and Membership Reports
Five new reports are now available in the Reports section:
- Attendance by Day — Daily visitor counts by date range
- Attendance Report — Visitor counts grouped by category (General Admission, Free Entry, Exhibitions, etc.) and visitor type
- Attendance Over Time — Time-series view of visitor counts by category, with Day, Week, and Month tabs
- Membership Attendance Report — Membership-only visit counts over time, stacked by membership level
- Membership Revenue Report — Membership revenue by month, split by transaction type (New, Renewal, Upgrade, Downgrade)
Ticketing: Edit Email Address When Resending Tickets
Staff can now update the email address when resending tickets from the Find a Transaction tab on the museum floor, without modifying the original transaction record.
Settings: Credit Card Surcharging
You can now apply a surcharge to credit card payments on eCommerce and the museum floor. To enable it, go to Settings → Settings → Misc and toggle on Credit Card Surcharging. You'll be prompted to review and accept the surcharging terms before the setting becomes active.
Note: the surcharge appears after the card is tapped or swiped, so museums using this feature are responsible for posting visible signage at each point-of-sale station informing visitors of the fee before payment.
Membership: Show or Hide Member Count on Levels
You can now control whether the number of members included in a membership level is displayed to visitors during the purchase flow. The setting is available when editing any membership level.
Membership: Add-Ons
You can now create supplemental membership add-ons that members can purchase for an additional cost. Add-ons are built separately from your core membership levels and can be restricted to members who hold specific tiers.
