October 6, 2026 - Release Notes
Fundraising: Merge Duplicate Constituents
You can now combine two Constituent records into one from the Constituent Details page. Choose which name, contact info, and details to keep, and all donations, memberships, and notes automatically move to the remaining record. Merges happen one pair at a time and can't be undone, so you'll review and confirm before anything changes.

Fundraising: Record and Edit Gifts
Donations and pledges now have their own detail pages. You can fix an amount, category, or donor after a gift is recorded, and the accounting corrections happen automatically. Every change is saved to an audit log with who made it, when, and why.

Ticketing: Standardized Image Sizes
Purchase page images now have set shapes, so nothing appears stretched or cropped oddly:
- Two sizes per item: A 3:1 banner (2400×800) for detail page headers, and a 4:3 thumbnail (1200×900) for home page cards and checkout.
- Fallback image: Upload one all-purpose image instead, and it fills in wherever a specific size is missing.
- Missing images at a glance: The Purchase Page Settings list shows a checkmark or a dash for each image size, plus whether the section is visible.
- Same setup everywhere: Events, Exhibitions, Experiences, and Packages all use the same three image slots.
Note: To save an item, you need both sizes or a fallback image. Update your images in Ticketing → Settings → General Settings → Purchase Page Settings.

Operations: Group Visit and Private Event Forms
You can now build your inquiry forms the way that works best for your visitors. Drag custom questions anywhere among the standard ones, edit question wording in place, hide questions you don't need, and manage your own list of Group Types. A few core fields, like Date and Contact Email, stay required, and your live form doesn't change until you edit it.

Settings: Blocking Rules for Online Sales
Blocking Rules replace Blackout Dates. You can now stop online sales for a date range, or part of a day, and choose what each rule covers: your whole museum, certain product types, specific items, or individual add-ons. All rules are listed in Settings → Hours & Closures, so you can see every blackout at once and reuse rules year after year.
