Ticketing: Staff-Only Fields for Event Attendees

You can now add staff-only fields to track details about event attendees, like table assignments or seating notes:

  • Up to two fields per event: Apply them to one event or to every event at your museum.
  • Edit on the list: Your fields appear as extra columns on the Tickets Sold screen, and you can edit them right there.
  • Included in exports: Every staff-only field comes through on the Tickets Sold export.
  • Retained when you clone: Cloning an event copies its fields, so you don't need to rebuild next year's gala.

These fields never appear during checkout or on your eCommerce site.

Operations: POS Split Payments

Staff can now split a single Museum Floor transaction across more than one payment method:

  • Any combination: Cash, check, card, and gift card, applied one at a time until the balance is paid.
  • Running balance: Amount Due stays on screen, and Remaining Balance updates after each payment.
  • Payments listed as you go: Each shows its check number, gift card number, or the card's last four digits.
  • Itemized receipts: Receipts and confirmation emails show the payment method as "Split," with each amount listed.
  • Refunds: Refunds go back to the original payment methods, with per-method amounts on partial refunds and instructions for the cashier.

Split transactions are flagged in the Transactions list.

Operations: Online Bookings

Self-Serve Events is now called Online Bookings, and you can offer as many as you want, each bookable and payable online:

  • Separate setup for each: Its own time slots, booking form, terms, images, and availability.
  • Pricing by time slot: Set member and non-member prices for each slot.
  • Paid add-ons: Offer optional extras at checkout.
  • Purchase page settings: Set the card description, thumbnail, and banner for each booking.
  • Accounting by booking: Map each booking to its own revenue account, broken out on the Daily Report.
  • Confirmation emails: Include the booking name, time slot, add-ons, and your arrival instructions.

If you already use Self-Serve Events, your current event becomes your first Online Booking and works the same way it does today.

Settings: Drag-and-Drop Email Designer

You can now design membership, program, commerce, and pledge emails visually instead of in plain text:

  • Drag-and-drop editing: Arrange blocks, add images, and style text without knowing HTML.
  • Merge fields: Pick personalization tokens from a list.
  • Preview and test: See desktop and mobile previews with sample data, and send a test to any address before you publish.
  • Drafts: Drafts save as you go, and your current email keeps sending until you publish the new version.

Settings: Donation Acknowledgment Email Location

The Donation Acknowledgement email now lives with your other templates in Settings → Email Templates. It's sent automatically, with an acknowledgement PDF attached, for gifts under the threshold set in Fundraising Settings. You can edit the PDF in Fundraising Settings and export it to mail to donors.
