Ticketing: Membership Automatic Renewal
Members now choose whether their membership renews automatically:
- Renewal checkbox on every sale: Online, on the Museum Floor, and by phone, with the renewal terms shown next to it.
- Your default: Choose whether the box starts checked (opted in) or unchecked (opted out) in your membership settings.
- Change anytime: Members can turn automatic renewal on or off from their online account, or staff can change it for them.
- Consent record: The date, channel, and exact terms shown are saved with each membership sale.

Ticketing: Membership Renewal Reminders
You can now send automated reminders before and after a membership expires:
- Your own timing: Create one reminder for each send point, like 45 days before expiration, 30 days before, or 15 days after.
- Two kinds of reminders: A renewal request for members who pay manually, and a notice for members whose card will be charged.
- Recipients by level: Pick which membership levels get each reminder.
- Stops after renewal: Once a member renews, they don't get the remaining reminders.
Reminders are turned off by default, so nothing sends until you turn them on.

Operations: POS Cart Display on Card Reader
Stripe S700 card readers can now show visitors their cart while staff adds items to it, not just at payment:
- Live item list: Each item, quantity, tax, and total, updated as items are added.
- Cash rounding shown: The display shows the rounding adjustment and the final rounded total.
- No slowdowns: If the reader is offline, staff keep ringing up the sale and take payment as usual.
- Clears itself: The reader goes back to idle when the sale ends.

Museum Floor: Schedule Attendance Counts
Every row on the Schedule now shows how full it is, so staff can track capacity through the day:
- A count on every row: Ticketed sessions show attendance against capacity, Group Visits show check-in progress, and Private Events show the recorded headcount.
- All sales counted: Museum Floor, online, and Package tickets all count toward the same row.
- Live updates: Counts change as sales come in, with no refresh needed.
- Experiences included: Experiences now appear on the Schedule, with their own filter.
Refunds free up a spot right away. The count doesn't block a sale, and an oversold session shows its actual number.

Settings: Google Tag Manager Integration
You can now connect your own tracking tools, like GA4, Meta Pixel, and Feathr, through Google Tag Manager:
- One field to set up: Paste your GTM container ID in Settings → Integrations.
- Works across your eCommerce site: Every purchase step, the thank-you page, and My Account.
- You manage your tools: Add or change tracking tools in your own GTM account, without waiting on Muse.
- Staff screens stay clean: Tracking never runs on the staff portal or the Museum Floor app.
If you don't have a GTM account, you can create one for free and add GA4 inside it.
